1. About LinkDe

LinkDe is an AI-assisted design marketplace that helps customers turn creative intent into image concepts, selected digital outputs, and optional print-ready orders.

These terms apply when you visit xlinkde.com, create an account, submit a design request, join as a designer, buy credits or a subscription, purchase a digital order, or use print fulfillment through LinkDe.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless you notify us about unauthorized use.
  • LinkDe may limit, suspend, or close accounts that abuse the platform, avoid payment, violate these terms, or create security or legal risk.

3. Customer and designer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the prompts, reference files, brand details, required text, shipping details, and approvals they provide. Designers are responsible for using lawful tools, valid provider credentials, and honest workflow settings.

The platform depends on customer and designer responsibilities being handled carefully: do not submit content you do not have the right to use, do not misrepresent ownership or identity, and do not attempt to bypass review or payment steps.

4. AI concepts, review, and selection

AI-assisted outputs can vary. LinkDe may use automated and human quality checks before concepts become visible, and not every generated candidate will be shown or approved.

A selected output represents the concept you choose for the next step. Selection may become irreversible after a paid digital or print checkout starts, especially once print production or delivery preparation has begun.

5. Checkout, payments, credits, and subscriptions

  • Generation credits are used for creative work and may be reserved, consumed, released, or refunded according to the workflow state.
  • Paid subscriptions, digital orders, and print orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider shown at checkout.
  • A digital or print checkout may include taxes, shipping, fulfillment charges, or other amounts presented before payment.
  • Subscription changes, renewals, downgrades, failed payments, and credit allowances may follow the billing rules shown in the product or account area.

6. Digital and print orders

Digital orders may unlock or deliver selected output files for use according to the purchase flow shown at checkout. Print orders require print attributes, quantity, shipping details, quality checks, and provider or manual fulfillment steps.

For print fulfillment, LinkDe may route orders through third-party production and shipping providers. Provider identity, internal cost, routing logic, and raw provider payloads are internal operational details unless LinkDe chooses to show them.

7. Prohibited use

  • Do not submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content.
  • Do not use LinkDe to generate content that violates another person or organization's rights.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or bypass security, billing, quality review, or access controls.
  • Do not use designer or customer workflows to commit fraud, manipulate payouts, or create fake orders, referrals, reviews, or identities.

8. Rights in content and outputs

You keep the rights you already have in content you submit. You grant LinkDe the rights needed to host, process, transform, review, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.

Rights in generated or selected outputs depend on the checkout flow, your account standing, and any third-party provider limits. LinkDe does not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, trademark-clear, or suitable for every commercial use.

9. Availability, changes, and termination

LinkDe may change features, providers, prices, policies, or workflows as the platform evolves. We may pause or remove features that create safety, quality, legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using LinkDe at any time. LinkDe may suspend or terminate access if continued use would violate these terms or harm the platform, users, designers, providers, or the public.

LinkDe provides the service as available. We work to make the platform useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect generated results, guaranteed production availability, or legal clearance for every use case.
